MISSING ITEMS
Claims for missing items must be received in writing or by email within 3 days from receipt of delivery.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you are interested in a product or certain size of product that you don't see in the catalogue, please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best for you.
RETURNS
If any product is not 100% satisfactory, we will replace it at no cost to you or you can return it within 16 days of the delivery date. A 25% restocking charge may apply for certain furniture and equipment items. [Note: Special Orders are not returnable]
FREIGHT DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Freight Charges cover tailgate delivery to commercial address.Tailgate means that the truck will pull up at the front of the salon and open the back of the truck up and bring the shipment to the delivery area outside the building.Items will not be carried upstairs by the delivery company.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Refused packages will be subject to a €100 additional fee. If a second delivery is attempted by the freight company any additional costs charged to Absolute Beauty ltd. T/A Salon shop will be passed on to the customer.
ORDERS AND ADD ONS
To get the order to you as soon as possible we process all orders immediately and arrange for shipping. Changes made within 24 hours of the order being processed will be treated as a new order and additional shipping charges will apply
BACK ORDERS
At times products may need to be back ordered. When the back ordered items is €200 Euros or more we will ship the for free. We will contact you within 28 days if the item has not arrived for shipment. |
